The Supreme Court has adjourned the hearing of the anticipatory bail petition of film actor Mohan Babu in the journalist attack case . On Monday, a bench of Justice Sudhanshu Dulia and Justice Prashant Kumar Mishra took up the hearing on Mohan Babu's bail petition.

However, as senior lawyer Mukul Rohatgi was not available, Mohan Babu's lawyer requested the bench for a passover. However, the judges did not agree to this. With this, the hearing of the case was adjourned to Thursday.

After a while, Mukul Rohatgi reached the Supreme Court. He requested that the bail petition be heard. To this, the bench of Justice Sasemira said that the hearing of the case has been adjourned to Thursday.

The police registered a case of attempt to murder after receiving the complaint of Mohan Babu’s attack on a journalist who allegedly trespassed into his house. However, Mohan Babu approached the Telangana High Court to order the police not to arrest him.

The court that took up the investigation dismissed his petition. Challenging this, Mohan Babu approached the Supreme Court. Meanwhile, the apex court adjourned the hearing scheduled for today to Thursday.
