Piramal Finance targeting Rs 1.5L crore overall AUM by FY28

Piramal Finance Ltd plans a major push in Telangana as it eyes Rs 1.5 lakh crore in overall AUM by FY28. The state is a key market for its housing finance and MSME products, supported by 29 branches, including 23 serving over 51,500 customers. MSME demand remains strong.

The company also launched a new phase of its campaign Hum Kaagaz Se Zyaada Neeyat Dekhte Hain, featuring three films highlighting aspirations of families and small businesses. Retail AUM has crossed Rs 75,000 crore, up 3.5 times in four years, with the company aiming to exceed Rs 1 lakh crore by FY26. Festive-season retail disbursements rose 45% on strong semi-urban demand.

CEO Jagdeep Mallareddy said the company’s high-tech, high-touch model blends digital solutions with personalized service to scale responsibly.  Piramal Finance serves 5.2 million customers across 517 branches in 428 cities, leveraging AI to expand credit access.
