Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu has urged NDA coalition leaders and party cadres to ensure the success of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s visit to Srisailam and Kurnool on Thursday, where he will unveil major development projects worth ₹13,000 crore.

During a teleconference with ministers, MPs, MLAs, MLCs, and key leaders from Nandyal and Kurnool districts, the Chief Minister said that Andhra Pradesh has been witnessing transformative growth under the double-engine government. He noted that the Prime Minister will offer prayers at Srisailam temple before addressing a public rally in Kurnool, focusing on the benefits of the GST 2.0 reforms.

Naidu said the Prime Minister’s visit would mark a turning point for the development of Srisailam, one of the nation’s prominent Shakti Peethas, and for the entire Rayalaseema region. “PM Modi’s visit will put Rayalaseema firmly on the path of industrial and infrastructural growth,” he said.

The Chief Minister revealed that the Prime Minister will lay the foundation for and inaugurate projects worth ₹13,430 crore, including industrial corridors, national highways, transmission systems, and railway infrastructure.

Referring to the recent Google AI Data Centre MoU worth USD 15 billion, Naidu said it exemplified how the Centre and State are jointly driving record investments. He credited Union Ministers Nirmala Sitharaman and Ashwini Vaishnaw, and IT Minister Nara Lokesh, for their roles in bringing the project to Visakhapatnam.
