Police arrest habitual housebreaking offender

The sleuths of Commissioner’s Task Force Central Zone team, Hyderabad along with Police Keesara PS  arrested the most wanted, habitual house breaking offender on Sunday.

Arrested person has been identified as Bharath Kumar Sharma and he was arrested when he was roaming suspiciously on a stolen vehicle and trying to commit a housebreaking offence. He was involved in seven theft cases, in which five property theft, two Motorcycle theft cases.

Previously he was involved in more than 40 property theft cases in Hyderabad, Cyberabad, Rachakonda and other district Police Stations limits. They seized two Motor cycles along with an Iron rod and screw driver from him.   

Accused Bharath Kumar Sharma, while in jail he got acquainted with theft offenders, after release from jail he along with his associate committed property theft offence. He used to commit theft of motorcycles and procure house breaking equipment that is Iron rod, Screwdriver, etc and move in different colonies at night time and identify locked houses by moving on motorcycle.

After identifying the locked house, his associates watch the public movement at surrounding places and break the main door lock with available equipment and open the almirah, Cupboard with screwdriver and commit theft of net cash, gold ornaments, silver ornaments and his associates dispose of the stolen property.

Accused Bharath Kumar Sharma was born and brought up in Kokarwadi, Charminar, Hyderabad. He studied upto 5th class. Later addicted to all sorts of bad vices like consuming alcohol, cigarettes and ganja. From 2007 he started committing theft of property offences. Due to criminal record in the year 2015 and 2016 Charminar Police invoked PD Act against him.
