Sai Properties & Projects Ltd achieves Sandalwood plantation record

Sai Properties & Projects Limited has achieved a milestone in environmental conservation, green development, and the promotion of red sandalwood cultivation by securing a prestigious Guinness World Record. On July 26, 2026, at Oduru, Andhra Pradesh, under the leadership of the company's Founder, Chamakuri Srinivasa Rao, Sai Properties & Projects Limited has achieved the "Most Sandalwood Trees Planted by a Team in One Hour" Guinness World Record.

The previous world record in this category stood at 30,000 saplings planted in one hour. Sai Properties & Projects Limited planted 60,352 Red Sandalwood saplings in one hour. The record-setting drive witnessed a participation of 1,500 individuals, who worked together as a team. Speaking on the occasion, K. S. V. Raghavendra Rao, President (Sales), Sai Properties & Projects Limited mentioned that the firm’s aim is to encourage sustainable plantation practices that benefit both the environment and farmers.
