‘Sincere party workers to be rewarded with suitable posts’

A zoom meeting took place on Friday with the Presidents of the District Congress Committees (DCC) and organisational observers from the state to assess the party’s initiatives in Telangana. The session was joined by AICC In-charge Meenakshi Natarajan and TPCC President MLC Mahesh Kumar Goud. During the meeting, TPCC President Mahesh Kumar Goud remarked that the “Jai Bapu, Jai Bhim, Jai Samvidhan” campaign was carried out thoroughly and successfully throughout Telangana.

He noted that Telangana was a leader among all states in organizing this campaign and expressed pride in the recognition by senior AICC leaders, who now view Telangana as a model for others. Mahesh Kumar Goud further pointed out that organisational development within the state is making significant strides and commended the dedicated efforts of the state observers and coordinators.

He stressed the importance of completing the formation of mandal and district-level committees within the stipulated timeframe and called for a well-structured party setup starting from the village level, especially in view of the upcoming local body elections. Mahesh Kumar Goud assured that all dedicated and sincere party workers will be duly recognised and rewarded with suitable responsibilities and positions within the party.

Speaking on the occasion, AICC In-charge Meenakshi Natarajan affirmed the Congress party’s unwavering commitment to social justice. She stated that the party ensures fair representation and distribution of roles both within the organisation and in government. Under the leadership of Rahul Gandhi, the party is implementing the principle of equal share for every section of society, Natarajan said.
