Singur gears up for 80th Urs of Dada Hazat from September 5 to 7

Hyderabad: Dargah head Mohammad Abid Hussain Sattarul Qadri Saheb announced that all necessary arrangements are underway for the 80th Urs celebrations of Dada Hazat, scheduled to take place from September 5 to 7 in Singur village, under Pulkal mandal.

The annual Urs, now in its 80th year, draws thousands of devotees from all walks of life, transcending caste and religious boundaries. The head of the Dargah emphasized that meticulous planning is being carried out to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience for all attendees.

The Dargah has been adorned with vibrant and colorful lamps, adding to the festive spirit. As part of the key rituals, sacred sandalwood paste and chadors are brought from devotees' homes and offered at the Dargah with great reverence.

A volleyball competition is scheduled for September 6, followed by a spiritually enriching program in the evening. The chief guest for the event will be Hazrat Sufi Shah Mohammad Khalil Hussain, also known as Zahid Hussain Sattarul Qadri.
