Kumuram Bheem Asifabad District Superintendent of Police (SP) Nitika Pant has directed police officials to take stringent action against individuals involved in activities that threaten law and order and public peace. The SP conducted a surprise inspection of the Kagaznagar Rural Police Station on Monday. During the visit, she reviewed various aspects of the station's functioning, including station administration, pending cases, maintenance of records, and overall cleanliness.

As part of the inspection, SP Nitika Pant examined the police station premises, lock-up room, reception area, arms room, store room, and attendance registers. She also held discussions with Station House Officer (SHO) Sandeep Kumar and provided several instructions aimed at improving policing standards and operational efficiency. The SP directed officials to maintain strict vigilance against unlawful activities in villages, including illegal transportation and drug-related offenses.

She emphasized the need for proactive measures to curb criminal activities and ensure public safety. She further instructed police personnel to treat complainants visiting the station with courtesy and professionalism. Special attention should be given to cases involving women and girls, she said, underscoring the importance of a sensitive and prompt response in such matters.

Highlighting the need for enhanced security measures, the SP ordered stricter picketing and patrolling during night hours to strengthen public safety and deter criminal activities. Kagaznagar Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Wahiduddin was also present during the inspection.
