Funds generated from these auctions will be used to support new housing schemes in and around the Outer Ring Road (ORR) and other districts

The Telangana government is set to auction a variety of residential flats, open plots, and land parcels across key locations in the state as part of its efforts to raise funds for ongoing housing and development projects.

Among the properties up for auction are 601 fully completed flats in Pocharam and 159 flats in Bandlaguda, both popular residential areas.

Open plots in Bahadurpally, Rangareddy, and Mahbubnagar districts will also be available for buyers looking to build their own homes.

The Housing Board will further auction a substantial 7.33-acre land parcel in KPHB Phase-IV, a well-established housing colony in Hyderabad. Additionally, open plots in the city’s Nampally area are included in the auction list.

One of the notable assets for sale is a semi-completed community hall located in Sanjeeva Reddy Nagar. This facility covers approximately 22,285 square feet and includes a large parking space of about 37,070 square feet, making it ideal for event management or commercial use.

The auctions will be conducted through an open and transparent e-auction process, ensuring fair opportunities for all interested parties. Housing officials urge builders, institutions, and individual buyers to take advantage of this chance to purchase properties free from legal disputes and offered at competitive prices.

Funds generated from these auctions will be used to support new housing schemes in and around the Outer Ring Road (ORR) and other districts, aimed at providing affordable housing options to the general public.

The official notification for the auctions is expected to be released by June 20, following approval from the state’s Cabinet sub-committee.
