Warangal Police Commissioner Sunpreet Singh has directed police officials to conduct detailed field-level inquiries into public complaints and ensure timely justice for victims. He instructed officers to personally investigate grievances and take appropriate action based on facts established during the inquiry.

At the public grievance redressal programme held at the Warangal Police Commissionerate on Monday, several citizens from different parts of the commissionerate presented their complaints and sought police assistance in resolving their issues.

After receiving the petitions, CP Sunpreet Singh reviewed the complaints and immediately contacted the concerned Assistant Commissioners of Police (ACPs) and Inspectors. He directed them to conduct prompt investigations, verify the facts on the ground, and expedite the resolution of pending issues.

The Commissioner stressed the importance of a responsive and people-friendly policing system, stating that every complaint should be handled with seriousness and transparency. He instructed officers to maintain regular follow-up on the petitions and ensure that genuine grievances are resolved without unnecessary delay, providing relief and justice to the affected individuals.
