‘Women’s National Cycling League’ organized successfully

The “Asmita Khelo India Women’s National Cycling League” aimed at encouraging women in sports was organized in Nagole and Bandlaguda . TPCC Secretary, State President and National Working President of the International Arya Vaishya Federation, Uppal Srinivas Gupta attended the event as the Chief Guest and distributed prizes to the winners. Speaking on the occasion, Uppal Srinivas Gupta expressed happiness over women coming forward in sports and mentioned that such competitions are useful in developing a sporting spirit among youngsters. 

He added that under the leadership of Chief Minister Revanth Reddy, the state government will extend all possible support to sportspersons in every way. Around 120 women cyclists from 20 states across South, East, West and North zones participated in the Sub-Junior, Junior and Elite categories. The event was attended by Central Water Board Regional Director Nalli Jyothi Kumar, Major General Srinivas, event organizer Dr. Maxwell Srikanth Pasha, sports personalities, coaches and local residents.
