Ahead of World Heart Day on September 29, CARE Hospitals has released a heartwarming film titled ‘Dil toh baccha hai… har din nayi kahani likhta hai.’ The film tells the story of Tara, a young professional overwhelmed by stress and deadlines. Her routine takes a turn when she meets ‘Hridaya,’ a witty, childlike personification of her heart. Through playful interruptions, Hridaya challenges Tara’s unhealthy habits and reminds her that resilience needs self-care. What starts as annoyance slowly becomes transformation. With Hridaya’s gentle nudges, Tara rediscovers joy, balance, and the value of slowing down.

‘This film reflects the everyday struggles of modern professionals,’ said Shalabh Dang, Chief Sales & Marketing Officer, CARE Hospitals. ‘The heart is not just an organ, it’s an emotional compass that needs care and connection.’ The campaign extends beyond the film with radio promotions, corporate wellness drives in Hyderabad, and walkathons at CARE units nationwide.
