AP Govt gearing up to hold Yuva Keratalu

The Andhra Pradesh government is gearing up to host the Yuva Keratalu-2025 program, aimed at empowering the youth and transforming them into global leaders. The event will focus on skill development, job opportunities, and inspiring the younger generation.

Speaking at a preparatory meeting for the event, Mines, Geology, and Excise Minister Kollu Ravindra highlighted the importance of nurturing the talents of the youth. He recalled the successful implementation of Yuva Dinotsavam (Youth Day celebrations) from 2014 to 2019, which provided a platform for young individuals to interact with eminent personalities like Yandamoori Veerendranath.

The minister expressed disappointment over the discontinuation of these celebrations after 2019 and emphasized the need to revive such initiatives. He stressed that Yuva Keratalu-2025 would focus on identifying and honing the skills of the youth in Machilipatnam, a region renowned for its rich cultural heritage and skilled workforce.

The event will feature Greenko Group CEO, Mahesh Kolli, as the chief guest, his success story will serve as an inspiration for the youth, showcasing how local talent can achieve global recognition.

The minister highlighted the importance of providing skill development training to the youth to equip them for the job market, especially in emerging sectors like renewable energy and industries associated with the upcoming Bandar Port. He also emphasized the need for a conducive environment for entrepreneurship and innovation.
