Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) Chairman B.R. Naidu has been unanimously elected as the Chairman of the Governing Body of Sri Venkateswara College in Delhi. In his first official meeting after assuming the role, Naidu called for a comprehensive development plan to elevate the institution’s stature and further strengthen the reputation of TTD in the national capital.
In his address, B.R. Naidu emphasized that Delhi’s Sri Venkateswara College should reflect the high standards and cultural prestige associated with TTD. He urged officials to expedite the completion of essential infrastructure works and ensure that the college environment reflects the institution’s heritage and commitment to academic excellence.

Recognizing the growing demand for modern facilities, Naidu suggested the establishment of a dedicated engineering wing under the Delhi TTD Engineering Division to oversee all civil and infrastructure projects related to SV College and other northern TTD temples.
To improve the employability of students, the TTD Chairman directed officials to introduce vocational and professional courses. He also proposed the establishment of training programs to prepare students for competitive examinations, aligning education with career opportunities.
College Principal Dr. Vajjala Ravi briefed the Chairman and Executive Officer on the college's current status and submitted proposals for further development. B.R. Naidu instructed officials to prepare a comprehensive progress report detailing the infrastructure and academic upgrades ahead of the upcoming Governing Body meeting scheduled to be held in Delhi.
