Babu unveils AI-powered ‘Pramaan’ operating system

Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu on Wednesday unveiled the ‘Pramaan Operating System’, an AI-powered digital platform developed by Pramanik Infotech Private Limited to streamline accounting and statutory compliance processes.

The application was launched at the Chief Minister’s Office in the Andhra Pradesh Secretariat in the presence of company chairman Lanka Dinakar, CEO Avinash Raina, executive member Ashish and chartered accountants Meghana and Durga.

During the launch, Chief Minister Naidu enquired about the platform’s technological capabilities, AI-driven accounting features, statutory compliance management, information protection and data security mechanisms. Company representatives explained that the system uses advanced technologies to automate accounting processes, analyse data and generate and manage statutory compliance information.

The platform is designed to serve businesses, chartered accountants and professionals in the accounting sector by integrating AI-based automation, data analytics, compliance generation and information security into a single digital solution. The developers said the system aims to make accounting and compliance-related operations faster, simpler and more efficient.

The company representatives also briefed the Chief Minister on the scope for expanding the application and its potential applications across different sectors. They said the initiative seeks to contribute to India’s ‘Viksit Bharat–2047’ vision by developing AI-driven digital solutions that connect technology with governance, finance and business operations. Naidu appreciated the team and encouraged them on the future expansion of the platform.

Lanka Dinakar said the company would continue developing the AI-powered platform and work towards expanding its accounting and statutory compliance solutions across the country.

Constituency vision plans to drive AP’s development: CM 

Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu has directed public representatives and officials to focus on the effective implementation of constituency-level Vision Action Plans, describing them as a key benchmark for measuring development and governance.

Reviewing the Swarna Constituency Vision Action Plan through a video conference from his camp office on Friday, Naidu said the initiative aimed at poverty eradication, faster resolution of public grievances and improved governance. Ministers, MPs, MLAs, collectors, young professionals, knowledge partners and Swarna office personnel participated in the review.

Naidu said Andhra Pradesh was the first state to formulate and implement comprehensive development visions at the constituency level, adding that the initiative had received national recognition. He asked ministers, MPs and MLAs to regularly monitor progress through clearly defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ensure measurable growth across sectors.

Emphasising localised planning, the Chief Minister directed officials to formulate strategies based on the resources and specific needs of each constituency. He called for greater use of technology and data, including the state's Data Lake, to identify problems and improve decision-making.

Naidu said field-level reviews should be meaningful and accountable to citizens rather than merely procedural. The government's objective, he said, was not just to provide financial assistance but to help families achieve economic stability and self-reliance.

He also urged public representatives to facilitate the grounding of approved industries in their districts and constituencies to generate employment and raise per-capita income. CM Naidu stressed close coordination between elected representatives and officials.
