TPCC President Mahesh Kumar Goud paid tributes to tribal revolutionary Komuram Bheem on his birth anniversary, recalling his historic struggle for tribal rights under the Nizam’s rule. Goud hailed Bheem’s "Jal, Jangal, Zameen" (Water, Forest, Land) slogan as a powerful call for tribal dignity and rights.
He said the Congress government was prioritising tribal welfare, forest rights, education, healthcare, employment and economic empowerment, and urged people to carry Bheem’s ideals forward. He also paid tributes to Panduga Sayanna, praising his fight against zamindars and exploitation under the Nizam’s rule. Goud said Sayanna’s struggle for the poor and oppressed continued to inspire generations with its message of courage and self-respect.
