The BJP leadership has stepped in to resolve the growing differences between senior Telangana leaders Bandi Sanjay and Eatala Rajender, with an aim to strengthen the party ahead of the upcoming elections.

BJP state in-charge Abhay Patil held a meeting with Union Minister Bandi Sanjay and MP Eatala Rajender at the residence of MP K. Laxman on Saturday. Sources said Patil advised both leaders to set aside differences and work together for the party’s victory in Telangana.

The differences between Bandi Sanjay and Eatala Rajender have been visible for some time, with both leaders reportedly maintaining separate political approaches. The issue is said to have intensified over developments in the Karimnagar Lok Sabha and Huzurabad Assembly segments, which are politically significant for both leaders.

The leadership reportedly felt that internal conflicts were affecting cadre morale and party expansion efforts at the grassroots level. Patil is said to have asked the leaders to resolve local issues through coordination and focus on bringing the BJP to power in the state.

After the meeting, K. Laxman said the discussions focused on Telangana politics and the party’s strategy. He said the BJP has a favourable atmosphere in the state and leaders would work collectively to increase seats and achieve power in Telangana.
