Telangana state BJP President N Ramchander Rao today announced that party would allot maximum seats to BCs in coming local body elections in the state.

Addressing  a group of OBCs who met him to facilitate him after taking charge as new state party supremo , Rao said the part would give top priority to BCs in coming elections whether Congress party give reservations or not.

He said BJP always support and worked for upliftment  of BCs.  There were 27 ministers in Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s cabinet and it was only Modi government which has constituted BC commission.

Demanding to make caste census conducted by state Congress government public, the state BJP chief alleged that Revanth Reddy government is hatching a conspiracy to deceive BC community with 42 per cent reservations where as the reports quoting caste census revealed that it constitute 52 per cent BC population.

Rao said GHMC has 52 councilors seats. But as per BC-E reservations muslims got 35 seats depriving rights of genuine  BCs like Yadavas and Gouds.

 He appealed OBC community to stand strong in support of BJP in coming  local body elections and as well as in assembly elections to help party .to come to power.
