BoB inaugurates second phygital branch

Bank of Baroda on Wednesday inaugurated its second Phygital Branch in Hyderabad, reaffirming its commitment to Digital Innovation and Personalized Customer Service.

The Branch was inaugurated in Punjagutta by Lalit Tyagi, Executive Director, Bank of Baroda. The event was also attended by C.M Tripathy, General Manager (HRM); M. V. S. Sudhakar, General Manager & Zonal Head, Hyderabad Zone along with other senior officials, valued customers and staff members of the Bank.

This newly inaugurated branch combines self-service digital banking solutions with expert in-branch assistance offering customers convenient and efficient banking experience.  Speaking on the occasion, Lalit Tyagi, Executive Director (BOB) mentioned that as customer expectations continue to evolve, the bank remains committed to providing technology-driven and customer-centric solutions while at the same time preserving the trust and personalized services.
