LIC donates school bus to Helen Keller's School under CSR

The LIC of India Golden Jubilee Foundation, under its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative, donated a school bus to Helen Keller's School for Children with Disabilities.

The vehicle keys were formally handed over by LIC of India South Central Zone Zonal Manager Saravana Ramesh, who attended the program as the Chief Guest. Zonal Manager Saravana Ramesh appreciated the school's efforts in providing quality education, vocational training and rehabilitation services to children with disabilities from kindergarten to degree level on a single campus.

He stated that said LIC's commitment goes beyond offering sympathy to persons with disabilities and focuses on creating opportunities that can transform their lives.Helen Keller's School Chairman Pattan Umar Khan expressed his gratitude to the LIC Golden Jubilee Foundation and mentioned that the new school bus would greatly benefit day scholars by ensuring safe and convenient transportation, thereby making their education more accessible.
