Deputy Chief Minister Bhatti Vikramarka has strongly refuted false information given by BRS leaders on loan waiver to farmers.

Responding to questions raised by BRS MLA Palla Rajeswar Reddy in the Assembly on Saturday, Bhatti Vikramarka said that Congress government did not put loan waiver pending for six years like BRS government and waived the farmers’ loans within three months.

Giving detailed response, Bhatti Vikramarka said that in Janagaon constituency represented by Palla Rajeswar Reddy, the BRS government in its five years tenure from 2018, waived Rs. 124 crore, while Congress government waived loans worth Rs 263 crores in just three months.

The Deputy Chief Minister said that the data related to farmers’ loan waiver  and Rythu Bharosa will be displayed even on the Legislative Assembly premises.

 "Information about every welfare scheme along with statistics will be given to MLAs, village-wise information already displayed on the flexis. Not only details about farmers’ loan waiver scheme , information will also be shared  about bonus given on fine variety of paddy, free RTC bus travel for women, free power given upto 200 units," Bhatti said.
