Chandrayanagutta Traffic Zone reviewed by DCP Rahul Hegde

Hyderabad City Traffic DCP-III Rahul Hegde B.K., IPS, conducted the annual inspection of Chandrayanagutta Traffic Zone at the ACP office on Wednesday.

During the inspection, the DCP directed officials to strengthen traffic enforcement and improve road safety. He instructed ACP and SHOs to intensify daytime drunk driving checks and ROPE operations against illegal parking and road obstructions.

Officials were asked to take strict action against encroachments on footpaths and roads and ensure smooth vehicle movement by removing unauthorised parking. The DCP also stressed identifying waterlogging spots during the monsoon and taking preventive measures to avoid traffic disruptions.

He directed officials to strengthen the Night Road Safety Squad and maintain discipline and professional conduct among staff.

Additional DCP Traffic-III T. Ram Das Teja, ACP V. Chandrakumar and SHOs from Malakpet, Saidabad, Santoshnagar and Chandrayangutta traffic police stations participated in the inspection.
