DEO reviews SIR progress in Patigadda

District Election Officer (DEO) and GHMC Commissioner R.V. Karnan, IAS, inspected the digitisation of SIR-2026 Enumeration Forms at Polling Stations Nos. 16–26 at Patigadda Model Market in Sanath Nagar Assembly Constituency.

During the inspection, Karnan reviewed the progress of data entry and instructed election officials to ensure accurate, timely and error-free digitisation of voter details.

He emphasised maintaining quality standards throughout the process and directed officials to speed up the work without compromising accuracy. Karnan said proper digitisation would help in preparing an updated, transparent and inclusive electoral roll.

The DEO also advised field-level officials to monitor the process closely and resolve any issues immediately to ensure smooth completion of the SIR-2026 exercise.
