Bhuvanagiri: Vignan’s Educational Institutions Chairman, Dr. Lavu Rattaiah, emphasized that continuous and joyful learning is crucial for student success. Speaking at the B.Tech first-year inauguration at Vignan’s University, Deshmukhi campus, he welcomed students and thanked parents for choosing Vignan’s.

Dr. Rattaiah introduced the university’s unique Five-Point Formula—Faculty Development, Planning-Training-Communication, Counseling, CRT Classes, and Innovative Teaching—credited for helping students secure top placements. He noted that 75% of Vignan’s graduates are placed in multinational companies.

To promote holistic development, physical fitness is part of the curriculum. Cultural and social activities are also encouraged to build communication and teamwork skills. Dr. Rattaiah stressed that education should prepare students for life, not just exams.

Through the counseling system, one mentor is assigned to every 20 students to guide their academic and personal growth. He concluded by saying that learning should be a lifelong, enriching journey—not a burden.
