The Deputy Chief Minister of Telangana Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka has reiterated the state government’s commitment to the real estate and construction sectors. Speaking as the chief guest at the Green Telangana Summit 2025, held at Novotel, Hyderabad on Saturday, he assured builders and developers of the government’s full support in facilitating their growth.
He also issued a stern warning against misinformation campaigns aimed at disrupting their activities, stating that strict action would be taken against those responsible. The Deputy CM announced that all diesel vehicles in Hyderabad will gradually be replaced with electric cars as part of the government’s larger push toward a cleaner, greener city.

A landmark MoU was signed between the Telangana Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (TGIIC) and the Confederation of Indian Industry’s Indian Green Building Council (CII-IGBC) to ensure sustainable practices in the upcoming Hyderabad Green Pharma City (Future City).
