Governor extends Mahaveer Jayanti greetings to Jain community

Governor Shiv Pratap Shukla has extended greetings to all jain brothers and sisters in the state on the occasion of Mahaveer Jayanti.

In a statement here on Tuesday, the Governor stated that Lord Mahaveer, one of the most revered spiritual leaders, propagated the eternal values of truth, non-violence, compassion, and austerity. His teachings continue to guide humanity towards a path of peace, harmony, and righteous living, he said.

The Governor further added that the life and ideals of Lord Mahaveer remain a timeless source of inspiration for all, encouraging us to lead lives rooted in ethical values and mutual respect.
