The Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) conducted a pre-bid meeting for the proposed Mokila Layout at the project site on Monday which witnessed enthusiastic participation from more than 150 prospective bidders. Y. Sudarshan, Deputy Collector, HMDA briefed the participants on the salient features of the Mokila Layout and clarified various queries raised by the bidders. A. Ravinder Reddy, Chief Planning Officer, HMDA responded to queries pertaining to planning aspects and development proposals of the layout.
Siddarth, Representative of MSTC explained the e-auction process, registration procedures, and participation guidelines for bidders. Appa Rao, Superintending Engineer, HMDA elaborated on the developmental works undertaken at the site and addressed technical queries raised by the participants. Kalyan, representative of KPMG made a detailed Powerpoint presentation highlighting the important and unique features of the Mokila Layout. T
The interactive session received a good response from the public, with more than 200 prospective bidders attending the program and expressing keen interest in the upcoming e-auction to be held on 29th & 30th June 2026.
