The Roads and Buildings department of Hyderabad, in conjunction with the Hyderabad Revenue and Anti-Encroachment Authorities (HYDRAA), successfully reclaimed government property valued at approximately ₹400 crore located at Jubilee Enclave in Madhapur.
During the operation, officials cleared roughly 16,000 square yards of valuable land that had been illegally occupied for commercial purposes. An unauthorised hotel built on this site was also demolished. Additionally, authorities restored public areas, such as parks and access roads that had been obstructed by the encroachment.
Officials indicated that this initiative is part of a broader effort to safeguard public assets from illegal encroachments within the city's IT corridor. They mentioned that ongoing monitoring will be conducted to deter future encroachments.
