Hyundai Accelerates Delhi's EV Transition with Installation Fast Public EV Charging Stations

Gurugram | September 09, 2026: Hyundai Motor India Limited (HMIL) reaffirmed its commitment to advancing sustainable mobility by inaugurating Public 120 kW DC fast-charging stations in New Delhi on World EV Day 2026. The newly inaugurated charging stations will offer EV users convenient access to fast-charging facilities, helping reduce charging time and enhancing confidence in electric vehicle ownership. By strengthening public charging availability in the National Capital Region, HMIL continues to contribute towards building a robust EV charging network for customers and the broader EV community.

Recognising that the transition to electric mobility extends beyond the introduction of new products, HMIL is fostering a robust electric mobility ecosystem in India. Hyundai is expanding access to reliable, high-speed charging infrastructure while simultaneously promoting EV awareness and skill development initiatives to support the growing demand for specialized capabilities in the electric mobility sector.
