The Physical Education Department of IIMC College, Lakdikapool, organized a two-day inter-collegiate carrom tournament under the aegis of Osmania University on September 16 and 17. The event saw enthusiastic participation from students of 22 colleges.

Professor Rajesh Kumar, Secretary, IUT, OU, was the chief guest at the closing ceremony, while UCPE Principal Professor B. Sunil Kumar, IIMC Principal Kura Raghuveer, and Dean Dr. G. Santoshi motivated students by stressing that both victory and defeat are part of competition.

Bhavans College, Sainikpuri, emerged champions, with Badruka College, Kacheguda, Dr. B.R. Ambedkar College, Bagh Lingampalli, and MJBP Degree College, Medak, securing top positions.

A cash prize of Rs. 5,000 was awarded to the winners. Assistant Professor P. Kishan Goud expressed gratitude to Osmania University and college management for their support.
