Leaders of the Jana Sena Party have strongly rejected allegations of land encroachment levelled against Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister and party president Pawan Kalyan, describing them as politically motivated and aimed at tarnishing his image.

The controversy revolves around a parcel of land located in Janwada village of Shankarpally mandal in Telangana, which has become the subject of discussion on social media in recent days. Jana Sena leaders alleged that political opponents were attempting to spread misinformation due to Pawan Kalyan’s growing political influence and public support.

Responding to the allegations, Jana Sena General Secretary and film producer Ram Talluri said Pawan Kalyan’s public life has been marked by transparency, sacrifice and commitment to public service. He asserted that the Deputy Chief Minister’s life is an open book and that attempts to target him through false campaigns would not diminish public trust in him.

Party leaders clarified that the disputed land was legally purchased by Pawan Kalyan in 2014 and that all statutory procedures, including registration and mutation, had been completed in accordance with the law. They maintained that there were no illegal constructions on the property and that it is being used solely for agricultural purposes, including cultivation and maintenance of orchards.

According to Jana Sena leaders, all land-related documents are in order and taxes on the property have been paid regularly. They argued that the allegations of encroachment are baseless and intended solely to damage the leader’s reputation.
