Global technology major Lenovo has announced a major reshuffle of its senior leadership in India, making key appointments across its enterprise and consumer businesses as part of efforts to strengthen integrated growth and accelerate AI-led transformation.

Amit Luthra has been appointed One Lenovo Commercial Leader, with the role effective from March 1, 2026. Luthra, who has spent over three and a half years with Lenovo India, played a key role in scaling the Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) business. In his new position, he will work across the Intelligent Devices Group (IDG), ISG and Solutions and Services Group (SSG) to drive unified enterprise growth under Lenovo’s One Lenovo strategy.

The One Lenovo model integrates the company’s devices, infrastructure and services businesses to offer end-to-end solutions to customers.

Lenovo has also appointed Kaman Chawla as Director of the Consumer Business in India. Chawla will lead the company’s PCs and smart devices portfolio. He brings more than 25 years of experience and previously headed Consumer Personal Systems at HP Inc. for India, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka.

In another key leadership move, Srinivas Rao has been elevated to Managing Director, Infrastructure Solutions Group, Lenovo India. Rao earlier served as Director of Presales for ISG.

Commenting on the appointments, Shailendra Katyal, Vice President and Managing Director, Lenovo India, said the leadership changes mark an important milestone in strengthening the company’s enterprise and consumer businesses and advancing AI-led transformation for customers and partners.

The company also announced that Rohit Midha, Executive Director, Enterprise Business, will be leaving Lenovo after a decade-long stint to pursue opportunities outside the organisation.

Lenovo India recently reported a 23 per cent year-on-year growth, with revenue rising to USD 1.2 billion.
