Actress marks Sridevi’s birth anniversary by revealing the first look of Empress: The Definitive Biography of Sridevi

Priyanka Chopra Jonas marked the birth anniversary of late actor Sridevi by unveiling the first look of the cover of Empress: The Definitive Biography of Sridevi, an upcoming book chronicling the actor’s life, career and legacy. Priyanka shared the cover on her Instagram Stories, offering an update on the biography authored by Dhiraj U. Kumarr and published by Westland Books.

The cover features an endorsement from Amitabh Bachchan, who describes Sridevi as “The epitome of unmitigated talent”. The book is currently listed as “coming soon”. Sharing the cover, Priyanka wrote, “The one and only. You are so missed. Happy heavenly birthday #Sridevi #Empress....coming soon.” Sridevi’s husband, Boney Kapoor, also reshared Priyanka’s post on his Instagram Stories. Westland Books had announced the publication of an official biography on Sridevi in 2023. The biography will chronicle Sridevi’s journey in Indian cinema, along with her personal journey and enduring legacy.
