Hyderabad: Construction and real estate company Makuta Developers on Wednesday  celebrated its 20th anniversary  with an internal celebration accompanied by the organization's leadership and employees. The occasion presented the chance to reflect on its journey from its early days to its present position. On the occasion, Janardhan Kompally, Chairman of Makuta Developers shared the company's background, challenges it faced during the initial stages and the principles which currently drive it today. 

Over 2,500 customers have been given over 10 million square feet of real estate from Makuta, demonstrating an outstanding record of implementing projects on time and, in certain cases, ahead of schedule. Founded in 2006 under the guidance of Janardhan Kompally, a veteran infrastructure professional, the company has established a robust reputation for excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction. Makuta's portfolio consists of residential developments such as Makuta Nirvana, Horizon, Green Woods, and My Space2, and commercial developments like Makuta Prime, Arun Arcade, and Makuta Mall.
