Ministers Ponnam Prabhakar and Vivek Venkatswamy inspected ongoing development works in Shaikpet division’s OU Colony and flood-affected Krishna Nagar in Yousufguda. GHMC Commissioner R.V. Karnan briefed them on nala issues, CC roads, and pending works. The ministers directed officials to speed up projects and ensure inaugurations within a week. In Krishna Nagar, they inspected bottleneck nalas causing floods and said works were handed over to SNDP for permanent solutions. They also instructed GHMC sanitation staff to maintain cleanliness and prevent public inconvenience. Local leaders were asked to bring issues to their notice immediately.
