The SIT officials today recorded the statements of BJP leaders Eatala Rajender and Premender Reddy in the phone tapping case. It was found that the phones of both of them were tapped by the previous BRS government during the 2023 November elections. The SIT officials have found that 4,000 phones had been tapped so far. Eatala Rajender appeared before the SIT at the Jubilee Hills police station in the phone tapping case. The SIT officials recorded Eatala 's statement.

Eatala alleged that he was the first victim in the phone tapping case. He also alleged that his family members, drivers and gunmen’s phones were also tapped by the BRS party led state government. The SIT found that he was subjected to the phone tapping before and after the Huzurabad by-election.

Kukatpally MLA Madhavaram Krishna Rao filed a complaint with the SIT officials. He said that in the complaint that his phone conversations were secretly tapped  from 2020 to 2024. Telangana TDP Organizing Secretary Vejandla Kishore Babu complained to the SIT that the KCR government had tapped his phone in a conspiracy. Kishore Babu gave evidence on the phone tapping to the SIT officials.

MP Eatala Rajender said that the phone tapping case was progressing at a snail's pace. He accused all the officials of acting as  KCR’d  puppets. He was furious that former SIB chief Prabhakar Rao violated the rules and worked for KCR.

“Prabhakar Rao is not an IPS officer. However, he was appointed as the SIIB chief. A retired officer was appointed illegally. Guidelines were flouted. Phone tapping is against democracy. The Phones of judges, ministers, and party leaders were tapped. Previously, the entire intelligence wing was with KCR.” he claimed. He said that It would take a year and a half to form a commission of inquiry into the phone tapping case.

He criticized the existence of a corrupt agreement between BRS and Congress. He alleged that the phones of prominent people from all walks of life were tapped in the KCR government. He said that no one has the right to obstruct the right to freedom guaranteed by the Constitution. Rajender said that it was cruel for the KCR government to tap the phones of the leaders instead of anti-social forces.

Senior BJP leader Premender Reddy told the SIT officials that his two phones were tapped during the assembly elections. He said that it was shameful for the previous KCR government to indulge in the phone tapping. He also said that it was cruel to listen to the personal matters of political leaders, journalists and film personalities' phone calls. He criticized that the phone tapping was done to hurt the BJP. Premender Reddy demanded that the Congress government should conduct a full investigation into the phone tapping scam.

Premender Reddy revealed that there were thousands of victims in the phone tapping case but only a few people were being called as witnesses. He demanded that the government conduct a CBI investigation to find out the real culprits in the phone tapping case. He alleged that the Congress government may also be involved in the phone tapping issue. Premender Reddy revealed that the BJP lost in many places in the Telangana elections due to the phone tapping scam.
