Munawar Faruqui has come out in support of comedian Samay Raina, who has been summoned by Mumbai Police, in connection with complaints filed against him and others over India’s Got Latent controversy.

After celebrities like Uorfi Javed, Rakhi Sawant, Poonam Pandey, Aly Goni and Vivek Agnihotri, Munawar too has extended his support to Samay, stating that he will return stronger after severe backlash he has been facing since the last couple of days.

Taking to his Instagram story on Thursday, Munawar wrote, “Samay Art jo hai woh spring ki hai... Jitna dabaoge utnaa uper uthega... My G is going to come out so strong you will see (sic).”
