Nellore District Collector Himanshu Shukla said on Friday said that the students should study diligently and climb higher peaks. Wishing everyone a Happy New Year, the collector handed over to poor students, the educational materials provided to the District Collector by public representatives, officials and dignitaries. With special focus on the education and health of the students, the students of the district were provided with dictionaries, notebooks, other educational materials, fruits, sweets etc.  On January 01, educational materials, sweets and fruits were distributed to the students of Janahita-Vatsalya Orphanage, R.K. Nagar. 

The Collector also distributed educational materials, sweets and fruits to the students of the SC Girls Hostel in Kavali on Friday. The Collector mentioned that the aim of this programe was to identify the needs of the students and to help them in their academic progress by providing them with books and stationery materials for their studies. The Collector in the statement wished the students to take advantage of these opportunities and reach higher levels.
