Niharika Konidela hails ‘Vanda Devullu’ at pre-release event

The pre-release event of the film Vanda Devullu was held on Monday with a grand turnout, ahead of its June 19 release. The film stars Vijay Antony, Swasika, Ajay Dhishan, Lijomol Jose and others, directed by Shashi and produced by Fatima Vijay Antony under Vijay Antony Film Corporation and Sarvanth Ram Creations.

Mega producer Niharika Konidela attended as chief guest and praised the film’s emotional core, saying it explores the “girl within every mother” and blends sentiment with commercial appeal. Director Thrinadha Rao Nakkina also lauded Vijay Antony’s content-driven cinema.

Vijay Antony recalled his long association with Shashi since Bichagadu and said the film moved him deeply. Shashi described it as a mother-son emotional drama portraying a mother as a human being. The team expressed confidence in strong audience response.

Releasing worldwide on June 19, the makers expect strong audience reception across Telugu markets. The film is being promoted heavily through positive teaser and trailer response. Industry buzz remains high.
