Deputy Chief Minister Bhatti Vikramarka stated that instead of Rythu Bharosa, farmers are benefiting with about Rs. 25,000 each through the paddy bonus.

Recognising the hard work of farmers, a bonus of Rs. 500 per quintal is being deposited directly into the accounts of those cultivating fine paddy. Under the Rythu Bharosa, Rs. 9,000 crore was credited to farmers’ accounts within just nine days, Bhatti Vikramarka reminded.

He further said that over Rs. 20,000 crore per year is being deposited into the accounts of women under interest-free loan schemes through Self-Help Groups, and so far Rs. 57,000 crore has been credited. Bhatti Vikramarka emphasised that when women prosper, families and the state as a whole progress.

The Deputy Chief Minister criticised BRS leaders, stating that the people of the state are well aware of the lack of respect they show towards women.

Bhatti Vikramarka said KTR appears to be speaking without proper understanding and said that if they truly cared about women’s development, they would have given women adequate representation in their cabinet.

He affirmed that the government is continuing to provide interest-free loans and aims to make one crore women millionaires, regardless of obstacles.

Bhatti Vikramarka criticised the previous government for making promises about double-bedroom houses but failing to deliver over ten years.

In contrast, he said the present government has sanctioned Rs. 5 lakh per house and initiated construction. In the first phase, 4.5 lakh houses (3,500 per constituency) are being built, with Rs. 22,500 crore allocated in a single tranche for Indiramma housing—calling it a record in the country’s history.

Bhatti Vikramarka said the present government is fulfilling the six guarantees promised during elections, while the previous regime failed to implement key promises such as double-bedroom houses, one job per household, a Dalit Chief Minister, and land distribution to the landless poor even after ten years in power.
