IVF women’s wing organizes annadanam on Amavasya eve

A grand annadanam (food distribution) program was organized at Mohan Nagar in Nagole on the occasion of Amavasya. The program was conducted under the aegis of the Women’s Wing of the International Arya Vysya Federation (IVF).Around 500 people were served food as part of the charitable initiative. TPCC General Secretary, IVF National Working President and Telangana State President Uppala Srinivas Gupta attended the program as the Chief Guest and formally inaugurated the food distribution.

Srinivas Gupta said that offering food to the needy on auspicious days such as Amavasya was a noble form of service. He said providing meals to those facing hunger was an important way of demonstrating humanity and called for expanding such social service activities across the community. He also appreciated the IVF Women’s Wing for organizing various welfare programmes aimed at benefiting the public.

He expressed the hope that similar service initiatives would continue in the future. IVF First Lady Uppala Swapna, Women’s Wing South India In-charge Chanda Bhagya, Women’s Wing Chief Advisory member Manimala, Treasurer Nalini, Vice-President Archana and other IVF women representatives participated in the program.
