Pranali Dharadhar is NKGSB Co-op Bank Managing Director

CA Pranali Dharadhar has been appointed as the Managing Director of NKGSB Co-operative Bank, effective from February 24, 2025. She is a qualified Chartered Accountant with diploma in IFRS (ACCA, UK.), having a rich experience of over 21 years’ in co-operative banking. Dharadhar has held executive level posts in various departments, including audit, finance and taxation, trade finance, risk management, AML and Credit.

In April, 2022 she joined NKGSB Co-operative Bank as the CFO and from May 2024 she was the Dy. MD (simultaneously acting as interim MD) till date. On 26th September 1917, Sheth Shantaram Mangesh Kulkarni laid thefoundation to NKGSB Bank. With a modest beginning in 1917, NKGSB is now a Multi-State Bankhaving its area of operation in the States of Maharashtra, Karnataka, Goa, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh and Union territories of Daman, Diu, Dadra and Nagar Haveli.
