The Rajiv Swagruha Corporation witnessed another enthusiastic response in its open plot auction, held near the city outskirts, including Thorrur, Kurmalguda, and Bahadurpalli. Over two days, a total of 163 plots were put up for public bidding, attracting significant interest from buyers.
On the first day, 59 plots in Thorrur went under the hammer, with the highest bid reaching Rs. 39,000 per square yard. The average price for plots in the area was Rs. 28,700 per square yard, with a minimum reserve price set at Rs. 25,000. The auction generated a total revenue of Rs. 46 crore, according to V.P. Gautam, Managing Director of the Swagruha Corporation. Around 110 bidders participated in Monday’s auction, reflecting strong market demand.
The remaining 65 plots in Thorrur, 25 plots in Kurmalguda, and 13 plots in Bahadurpalli are scheduled for auction on Tuesday. Officials said the auctions follow transparent procedures, ensuring fair bidding and boosting confidence among investors looking to buy city outskirts properties.
