Warasiguda Police on Sunday nabbed three people accused of robbery and recovered the stolen items of gold ornaments. The accused are Alla Jyothi, resident of Parsigutta in Secunderabad ; Yelagari Srikanth, resident of Vasavi Arya Vyasa Hostel in Musheerabad and Korrolu Eshwar, resident of Musheerabad. 

As per the information mentioned by the Deputy Commissioner of Police of East Zone, when the complaint was alone at her house the accused persons  approached her at 2 PM on 2nd May 2025 saying that they came to see the portion for rent , entered into her house  forcefully, threatened her with knife and took her to the bed room.

There they had forcefully taken her “pusthela thadu” (thread) weighing about 20 grams, and also threatened her for additional gold.  The accused persons opened the almirah and stole the following items-2 pairs of earrings weighing approximately 4 grams, 2 finger rings weighing approximately 3 grams, 1 pearl chain weighing 4 grams and  POCO M6 5G mobile phone. They had fled away from there by tying the complaint to the plastic chair with cello tape.

On reliable information the police apprehended the accused Vasavi Arya Vyasa Hostel, Near Raja Deluxe, Musheerabad at his residence at Bhansilalpet, Musheerabad, brought them to police station where they admitted to their guilt in commission of offence.
