Shadnagar Police hold flag march ahead of GP elections

Ahead of the upcoming Gram Panchayat elections, Shadnagar Police carried out a flag march across Mogiligidda, Yellampally, Chowlapally, and Kishannagar villages in Farooqnagar Mandal. The initiative aimed to boost voter confidence and ensure a peaceful, fair polling atmosphere.

The march was conducted under the supervision of ACP Shadnagar Laxmi Narayana and SHO Vijay Kumar, supported by teams from the Shadnagar Police Station. During the exercise, officers interacted with residents, inspected vulnerable spots, and urged the public to maintain peace while promptly reporting any suspicious activities.

A contingent of 50 police personnel participated, reflecting the department’s commitment to law and order. The Flag March also highlighted ongoing election-specific security measures designed to prevent disturbances and support smooth conduct of the GP elections.
