The Tadicherla-l Opencast Coal Mine of Telangana State Power Generation Corporation Limited (TGGENCO) has bagged dual honors first prize for ‘Best Practices in Safety’ in the 55th Annual Safety Fortnight Celebrations 2023 by DGMS, Hyderabad Region-I and the prestigious 5-Star Rating Award for 2023-24, conferred by the Ministry of Coal & Mines, Government of India.

Minister of Coal & Mines, Government of India (Gol) has organized 'The Star Rating Award' ceremony on Thursday in Mumbai. G Kishan Reddy, Union Minister of Coal & Mines, Gol and Satish Chandra Dubey, Minister of State for Coal & Mines, Gol have presented the awards.
