The Telangana Cooperative Oil Seeds Growers Federation (TG Oilfed) achieved significant operational milestones during 2025–26, registering a 44.60 per cent year-on-year growth in Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB) processing alongside major expansions in industrial infrastructure, technology adoption, and farmer support services.

The federation processed 4,73,997 metric tonnes of FFBs in 2025–26, up from 3,27,803 metric tonnes in 2024–25—representing an additional volume of 1,46,194 metric tonnes. A key operational highlight was the processing of approximately 1.50 lakh metric tonnes of FFBs harvested from young oil palm plantations across Apparaopeta and Narmetta. Despite the young age of the plantations, TG Oilfed recorded a strong Oil Extraction Ratio (OER) of 19.62 per cent.

Additionally, the federation achieved full-capacity operations at its newly commissioned oil palm processing factory in Narmetta, reinforcing Telangana's processing ecosystem and long-term oil palm development goals.
