Hyderabad: The Hyderabad City Police are committed to ensuring peace and order by taking stern action against habitual offenders. Syed Salman (23), a private employee from Aliabad Market, Hyderabad, had previously been bound over by the Special Executive Magistrate under Section 126 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS) for maintaining good behaviour for a year.
He was required to execute a bond of Rs 1,00,000. However, Salman violated this bond by engaging in criminal activities during the bind-over period.
