GHR Callisto Phase 1 handover starts in West Hyderabad

Real estate developer GHR Infra announced on Friday the commencement of Phase 1 handovers at GHR Callisto, its residential project in Kollur.  An IGBC pre-certified gold rated project, Callisto has been developed across 8.3 acres and comprises four towers, 11 wings and 1,190 apartments in 2, 2.5, 3 and 4 BHK configurations. The handover was marked by a customer interaction attended by Shyam Sunder Reddy, Designated Partner, GHR Infra and Karteesh Reddy Madgula, CEO, GHR Infra, who personally handed over the handover kits to select homeowners.

The project has apartment sizes beginning at 1,195 sq. ft. and pricing listed from about Rs 83 lakh onwards. GHR Callisto features nearly 70 % open space, with an amenity mix that includes various sporting facilities and also children’s play area. The project also integrates such as EV fast-charging stations, rainwater harvesting and organic waste composting. The project benefits from connectivity to the Outer Ring Road and access to Financial District, Gachibowli, schools, hospitals and Rajiv Gandhi International Airport.
