In a one-day training program titled “Oka Goppa Marpu Ki Idhey Srikaram,” M. Srinivasulu, SHO of Goshamahal, and P. Mahendar, DI of Mangalhat, jointly conducted a session for officers of both Goshamahal and Mangalhat Police Stations. The program aimed to encourage staff to adopt constructive approaches toward their duties. Key areas covered included proactive policing to prevent crime before it occurs, techniques for maintaining emotional balance, self-control, and mental well-being in high-pressure situations, and strategies for building positive public and internal relationships. The training also emphasized teamwork, discipline, and accountability, equipping officers with skills to serve the community more effectively.
